I have a right to preotect my home with the use of deadly force when
appropriate, I see no reason why a ship's crew should not have that same
right.

Other than the pirates who got their asses spanked over the weekend, I have
not seen any outcry from the rest of the world about how those situations
were handled. I really don't see us being set up as the 'bad guys' for
protecting our (and other) ships.

I think its pretty obvious ther is no one in Somalia that can, or would even
want to, control the situation.  Maybe we can send in the UN, I think all
the pirates need is a stern talking to.
