I have just finished work on a client's site and was ready to point the 
nameserver records to the new host.  I logged into the registrar's control 
panel but the domain was not listed for the account, none were.  I submitted a 
support ticket and went back and forth a few times via email without it 
gettitng resolved.  My last response was refused by their mail server several 
times and failed after three days.  I have resent the latest response with the 
same result.  I have tried calling the listed support number but end up 
"waiting for a representative" forever without ever getting to talk to a real 
person.  What can I do?
