There will always be an additional safety measure that's cost prohibitive. The problem isn't that they exist, it's where the line is drawn between things worth doing and things not worth doing. And there will ***ALWAYS*** be something _someone_ thinks is worth doing that isn't currently being done. If we really wanted safety we would never leave our homes. But... again... why are we even discussing this in the context of this plane crash?
