I've used Queensboro (http://www.queensboro.com) for some polo style shirts with my company logo embroidered on them. I was very happy with the results. The person who setup my logo was knowledgeable, spoke clear English, and was available by phone. Sad to say that's actually unusual in business today, but it is.
