Considering that SCOTUS ruled last year on the DC case, I don't see them
ruling differently for reasons of federalism. After all, they ruled against
federalism in upholding federal laws against marijuana, also quite recently.
I doubt there is a specific ideological line in favor of federalism that
will hold these judges' attention.
