You assume that there was something wrong with the raid. You assume some civil rights were violated. Why? Has Bush so scarred you that what may well have been a totally up and up operation is labeled "government running amok"? > You ever read the amendments to the Constitution? How old are you? I remember when it wasn't safe for me to weak my Yarmulka on the train for fear of being attacked. When I was doing security systems, my boss told me that if I was going to come with him on a certain job I'd have to take my Yarmulka off because the client wouldn't like it. The client was the NAACP. I remember some lady driving up and seeing no problem with saying "hey kike, where's XXX street". How would a black member of this list like to hear someone ask them "hey nigger, where's XXX street"? But that was 20 years ago and it has gotten better, not worse. How many lynchings have their been in the last dozen years compared to the dozen before and the dozen before that? How many abortion doctors have been killed in the last dozen years compared to the dozen before? (I assume that the murder of George Tiller is part of your view of American extremists) I think that you're seeing the extremist members of this nation being shown as more extreme than any other generation and you're taking it too far. We're MUCH better now than we were. Not perfect by far but better. We're not on our way back to America. We ARE America. Good, bad, ugly, pretty, better and worse. One president did not destroy us and another president will not re-make us. Both are part of the growth of this country. Personally, I'm not ready to go back to the America of "No Jews Allowed" And 25% seems really, really extreme. Are you lumping all members of a religion or political party into a single group? Am I in that group? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
