Its the lawyers, too. One of the biggest expenses a physician pays is malpractice insurance. In our litigious society, someone is alwasy looking for an easy payday and scum sucking malpractice attorneys are the worst. Are they all bad? No. Are all malpractice claims frivolus? No. But enough of both are bad enough to spoil the bunch.
