I have just taken on a new client that has been unable to contact his old
webmaster. The site has been down for a couple of weeks with no response.

The site is being hosted by yahoo small business. The webmaster set up the
account using his own payment information. The client is listed as the
administrative contact for the domain, which is registered with yahoo as well.

When I spoke to yahoo they said we needed two pieces of information, like the
birth date of the account holder, yahoo id for the account, etc. I do not know
if we will be able to get either.

I can probably get the domain name and point it to a new host. I do not know
how I will access the site to get the files to move. I would really rather not
build a whole new site because of the time involved.

What are our options?
