> Out of court settlement: Guilty. In his case that may or may not be true, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions too quickly. Just because someone settles out of court doesn't necessarily mean they are definitely guilty. People have been sued for things that they were not guilty of, but settled out of court anyway to make it "go away" and avoid the hassle and expense of a public trial.
