Gruss, cut the 'Bush was on vacation' shit. we all know that when the president goes 'on vacation' he does not have the luxury of leaving his cell phone at home.
I know you think it sounds cool to say Bush was on vacation for a month before 9/11 and you think it adds weight to your statements, but anyone with more than 2 functioning brain cells will see it as hyperbole. Lets go over this one more time - when the president goes 'on vacation' he still runs the country. He still gets his daily briefings, he still has to do all the stuff presidents do. It was the same before Bush and it is the same after Bush.
