Well that's an interesting definition and one I don't share.

For example, Warren Buffet hasn't stated something "fairly" in
probably decades.  For example, he's call derivatives "weapons of mass
financial destruction".  Stylistically that's an axe to grind and
pretty biased.

However I think most people would consider him credible.
