A central system can be easily governed but can also easily be
co-opted by one group or another. Better rates for certain people, no
support for others, definition of a family held hostage by XXX.
Multiple insurance companies allows for multiple types of policies and
rates. If someone doesn't like one, they can move to another. But the
reverse is also true as it leaves people by the wayside.

The evolution of banks for the people to banks as their own end
resulted in Merrill Lynch but that does not invalidate banks as a
whole. Think of this country without banks, without loans, without a
stable and central currency. If there were no banks we would have to
invent them.

When a Jew is told that the property he bought can't be used because
it's in an Arab neighborhood but an Arab can buy property in a Jewish
neighborhood without a problem then we have a racist policy. A No Jews
Allowed policy.
And this is not touching the whole land for peace debacle, the 'peace'
process, or anything else. It's touching on one thing and one thing
only - America's commandments to a sovereign nation. Racist
commandments at that.
And as a total aside, no, the Arabs don't want Jews in the middle east
and see us an invaders, not residents. Until that changes, there is no
chance for peace
