We keep coming up with fancy new treatments for all sorts of chronic
illnesses. Great treatments, life-changing treatments. Expensive treatments.
No way around it.

both are socialism by definition. there is a decent argument for
nationalized health care, if we all agree to live within the limits of such
a system. the problem is no one has agreed to it.
