well, yeah, if you include Harper's Ferry I guess it would be :) Nice town
but it's a world away from my actual point.

And this is causing you to dispute the existence of crime in capitol hill
because? You seem rather defensive about this.

Someone brought up the issue in a long and rambling rant that you can walk
in certain neighbourhoods and be a crime victim. Well hey the same thing
happens in any city.  I suspect that if I went into certain neighbourhoods
in Albuquerque I'd just be as likely to be a victim as in certain
neighbourhoods in Chicago, Detroit, DC, Boston, Atlanta, Seattle or Buttfck
Alabama.
