So the new Crystal Reports web add on that comes with version 8.5 will not work on computers with more than one IP address!
The system works like this: There is a Crystal Enterprise Server. IIS connects to via TCP/IP and a Web Connector, similar to the way Jrun used to connect. Here you can have the Report server on a box all by itself not sharing processor with the web server. But lets say you don't need another server because the report load will be low, and you can't afford a new server. Well it still tries to connect via TCP/IP and picks the IP it uses somewhat randomly. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. This is something they have just added to the software!
