As far as I'm concerned, he's succeeding, even if he's failing.
Bush 43 got a full run. *A FULL RUN*.
That means that either people were paid off, or that many many of
USers actually don't have that much of a problem with, say, Religion
in Politics.
Maybe a bit of both.
