Rush is the closest, I guess, but misses the mark, because he takes
himself (or seems to) quite seriously.

It's sorta like Rush is an entertainer who pretends to be an
Anchorman, whereas Stewart is an Anchorman who pretends to be an
entertainer.

Patently false, as they're both just for fun, but still.
