No, you aren't being anal.  I was just reading this as well.  Unbelievable.
As has been mentioned before on that list, an HR person isn't going to touch
you if you come across as a trouble maker.  The last thing a company wants
is someone who likes to engage in "office politics".  I like how one of them
"ends" the conversation by basicly insulting all of the job seakers on the
list .. *sigh*

I'm sure some HR people could look at cf-community and think "omg", but at
least here, the discussions are all within context and don't indicate
deficiencies in professional work ethics/attitudes.

Hey, if they want to knock themselves out of the job market, all the better
for the rest of us :)
