I would hire from cf-community before I would from cf-jobs, and I will 
freely admit to excluding people from consideration based on their behavior 
on mailing lists.  One person is a highly skilled, very qualified 
candidate, but I won't interview him because I don't think I could stand 
his bitching and moaning all the time.
