And, again, the flaw in that thinking is - then why elect leaders? Either we elect leaders to be responsible and accountable for the outcomes of our country or we don't. If we do, then they are, and thus your statement is wrong; if we don't then we've got larger problems. The fact is that the Republicans lead this country - solely - for 6 years and now the data is clear: they fundamentally fucked up everything. And, in the same way, Obama will be responsible and accountable for the next 4 years and the fallout from those 4 years.
