And I think you are wrong there. I'm inclined to say that the Acorn stuff is a tempest in a teapot. Should it be further investigated? Yes. Should we all be breathless and claiming that Acorn is out to destroy the country? uh, no. I say the same things about the same sort of situation on the other side of the aisle. Individual acts of wrong doing should be treated as individual acts. If there is evidence of a concerted effort encouraging (or ignoring) wrong doing higher up, then that should be brought out and dealt with. In the case of both Acorn and Catholic charities, they do a heck of a lot of good. They both have problems. The problems should be investigated and dealt with. No double standard.
