What about the other three offices? There is a pattern here. So far, four of six offices committed these offenses. Mathematically speaking, that tells me there are more out there and I would bet there is a mad scramble by their HR department to do some employee training and hopefully a weeding out of the bad apples so that MAYBE, and that is a big MAYBE they can get into the business of providing LEGITIMATE services.
And again, are you regurgitating the Bush/Gore election? Last time I checked that was settled fair and square, and Gore conceded the election.
