Yeah, and of course you can do breads in there too.  There's a local
chain around here called Punch Pizza that does the same thing:

The VESUVIO made "Doppio" is f'n awesome:  Spiced salami,
pepperoncini, saracene olive, cracked red pepper, basil

Doppio is extra san marzano tomatoes, double extra mozzarella di
bufala, and extra olive oil

those are some awesome pizzas.  Plus they have good beer.
