Ok. Well I have to say (and I'm sure this won't surprise you) that I don't get out of it what you did. However I don't make the leap that it's to avoid a battle either. Looks like they are researching a number of different types of stem cells. 4 of the 14 projects are with embryonic cells. Looks to me like Obama relaxed the rules, funding has started flowing again and California wants to gain some of the momentum they lost during the Bush administration. I'm not sure why this has to be a Bush vs. Obama thing. I'm just glad Cali wants to move forward towards curing AIDS and Cancer. *Sam: I just said something positive about America!
