I think that Outlook should come configured so that, when a user hits the "Reply to all" button, they are given a warning: "You are about to send a message to EVERY recipient of this email. Are you sure this is what you want to do, dumbass?"
This setting should be unchangeable. Don't we have a resident MS employee here....Matt? If you can, please get this functionality added in the next release of Office.
