Dude!  What happened?  Is it epic?

Once a boss of mine accidentally did a reply-all which included our
client.  In the email he went on to explain how the clients would lose
their balls if they weren't in a sack and that the only reason he even
agreed to take them on was because it was slow quarter.

They decided to go with someone else.
