yes. I follow such things as Amnesty International, various on-line english editions of South American newspapers, the BBC and CBC. None of which has a very good opinion of Chavez. I also didn't mention how associates of his have been caught involved in cocaine smuggling into the US and Canada. The man is a corrupt brutal thug.
