I never was a supporter of his. i do not necessarily agree with the pathological obsession that the right wing had for him. if anything that fed Chavez's need for media attention.
If anything after that hard drive with all that incriminating evidence was found the US should have sent a very strong message to Chavez, like a major airstrike on most of Venezuela's military bases supporting the FARC.
