it warrants investigation just like any accident. At the moment I don't think it's more. I may change my mind if other facts emerge that point that way. But what I picture right now says eh. Perhaps the driver was inattentive. Perhaps not. But I think it's material that he was probably not expecting a pedestrian and that this was reasonable given the road, and also that it was dark. We'll see.
