OK I still do not understand. How is it the Secret Service's fault in these two cases. In the New York case, a New York City Policeman was at fault. In the New Mexico case, a cab drive, ran around a roadblock and was hit by an Albuquerque sheriff.
So in both these cases (pardon the shouting here) HOW THE FRICK IS THE SECRET SERVICE TO BLAME! you're really reaching into tinfoil hat land on this one.
