Oy. I've stopped that. I'm trying to trim down some so that at the conference in Oct. I can get in a bathing suit and not have a belly protruding at all. I'm slowly upping my sit ups and will be at 50 a night before long. My waist line is shrinking to something manageable (a 34) and now I can start to work on the top. Maybe get a muscle in my arm. :)
