is a problem.  I want you to re-think what you wrote because I'm pretty sure
you also consider domestic violence to be a serious issue.

I'm not the one taking this to unreasonable lengths.  The SEC rules are
clear on this.  Nike owes its stock holders an explanation.  I'm following
the rules.

You first wrote Nike doesn't owe us an explanation.  I gave you an SEC link
that reads otherwise.  Now you are saying the information is immaterial
without saying why.

I think we can all see where this thread is heading: no where.  I have
presented my opinion backed up by what I think is pretty logical arguments
and a link to the SEC.

Some of you believe that this incident is a private matter. I don't agree
with that opinion but I respect all of you enough to accept it.

PS someone just told me that the incident spilled over to his neighbors
house and he hit a public fire hydrant.  Also public funds that pay the
police were used to investigate the issues.  This makes it a public issue.
 I'm not sure if I buy this argument because I don't have the expertise in
this area but I guess it's something to consider.
