The highest paid sponsor being potentially being involved in domestic abuse is a problem. I want you to re-think what you wrote because I'm pretty sure you also consider domestic violence to be a serious issue. I'm not the one taking this to unreasonable lengths. The SEC rules are clear on this. Nike owes its stock holders an explanation. I'm following the rules. You first wrote Nike doesn't owe us an explanation. I gave you an SEC link that reads otherwise. Now you are saying the information is immaterial without saying why. I think we can all see where this thread is heading: no where. I have presented my opinion backed up by what I think is pretty logical arguments and a link to the SEC. Some of you believe that this incident is a private matter. I don't agree with that opinion but I respect all of you enough to accept it. PS someone just told me that the incident spilled over to his neighbors house and he hit a public fire hydrant. Also public funds that pay the police were used to investigate the issues. This makes it a public issue. I'm not sure if I buy this argument because I don't have the expertise in this area but I guess it's something to consider. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
