I'm a reasonable person, and not anal retentive.
I know that people get into fights in marriages and relationships, and
that they often work things out between themselves.
And I feel that they should have a chance to do so without everyone
else interfering.
So in my view this has nothing to do with 'domestic violence'.

The issue between TIger Woods and his Wife is a private issue.

Nike has a contract with Tiger.That is between him and Nike.

if you don't like the way that Nike's board is running the company
then do something at the next shareholders meeting.
If you think that this incident impacts on some sort of CONTRACTUAL
agreement between Tiger and Nike and the company is covering it
up,then
take court action to find out what happened between Tiger Woods and his wife.
