Pardon me but how does some of the anti-semetic actions of the PQ, or the anti immigrant stances that they take be anything but what I said. When Jacques Parizeau actively encouraged such when he blamed the last referendum loss on the ethnic vote and the "Jewish money interests." That to me comes pretty close to me to ethnic pogroms and cleansing. And that was from the leader of the PQ. Some kid spraying swastikas on graves. You seem to forget that the PQ when they were in power were actively discouraging the Canadian ethic of multi-culturalism, while refusing to support other francophone communities, because they were not of pure blood - btw that was another quote from a PQ leader. How about the language laws in Quebec that were instituted by the PQ. I could not have my kid educated in the language of my choice if we moved to Quebec. Again that's thanks to the PQ.
As for Riel, when did I say that? Do not put words in my mouth. He was correct about Manitoba and did good service there, as the first leader of the province and representative in Parliament. Your accusation is quite interesting considering this is coming from someone who thinks its ok to keep someone who's brain has rotted away alive by artificial means in a form of half life does make me want to puke. What next have anyone who does have a living will persecuted? Mind you, you do seem to be quite comfortable with some forms of hypocrisy.
