UPS? Really? That's a first. I'd use USPS before I used them. Cheaper,
quicker and my shit won't be smashed.

So you think private insurance will exist with mandatory fed
insurance? Didn't they right a law into the bill that you cannot renew
your private insurance?

The post office was doing it first (at least before FedEx, UPS and
DHL) and they're the ones going out of busi
