Subject: Email Encryption

Does anyone here know of a program that will allow me to encrypt an
email on the server (before sending with CFMail) and then have something
on the client's machine to decrypt?

We want to send things like Credit Card details, but obviously don't
want them as plain text...

The ones I've found are all client side and don't have a server side
interface
