Get this - they think it's too much work for someone to go to the secure site and download a file containing the information... So they want it emailed to them The funny thing is that with the previous incarnation of the site (another developer), they used to have the CC details emailed to them - we refused to do that (surprisingly) Oh well, I've put forward a rough quote for this to our PM - it's more than the development of the whole site so far!
