The floor plan stuff isn't on the public facing site as it is a business tool, but what we did was have an architect do a 2D floor plan for each floor, brought it into flash, set hotpoints based on the floor plan and then communicated between Flash and CF to zoom around and show what was in each location, bring up contracts, request history, tenant info, etc. This was pre-Flex, so it might be easier to do it in Flex now, I'm not sure. I don't work there any longer but if you want to take a look and see the app in action and pick their brains about things, they might be able to help you out.
