Obviously you can get Photoshop to do this, but I don't think your client
want's to spend hundreds to resize images. You may want to check out GIMP,
it's an open source Photoshop replacement.

Subject: image re-sizing tool (for a newb)

hey kids...

i have a new client who will be doing image uploads for his products
on his site, and rather than have my server try to devour and he wait
for 4mb+ images to upload (ive got my resizing code, etc in threads so
that wait isnt the problem, its the upload from his laptop to the web)
i wanted to give him a tool he could use to resize a bunch of images on
his HDD, at once, to a particular size. anyone have any suggestions?

(sorry if this question reads like a 3 yr old wrote it) im tired of writing
emails
today :) hahaahahah
