Sorry to hear that Duane, that sucks... I would sue the developer if he/she does go to work with this company and your project is nixed, what on earth was that person thinking. I have no clue what could come out of it, but I'd 100% see what could be done through the court system. I mean seriously, if / when you get that project lined up would you consider hiring him back?
