Actually --- I don't really know this. There might be a doctor somewhere
that would abort a 7-month fetus. But what would be the mom's reason for not
doing it sooner? I forgot? I mean?

The two-patient concept was expressed to me by one of the obstetricians I
saw; the topic was risk of continued pregnancy to me versus risk to the baby
of early delivery. He was talking about trying to balanced them and minimize
both.
