This is really red flag #1. Why would someone go to the expense of shipping you computers to install suh basic easy to install software, especially when most come preinatalled anyway? I would not give this person your name, ssn, and date of birth. That's what's required for a credit report, and incidentally for identity theft also. HOWEVER - if you are up for it, you could certainly have some fun with this person...
