Note that the investigation is not final and there are suspects other than the Mossad. Even the papers who tar and feather Israel relate others involved such as high ranking Hamas officials. They just talk about it far down in the article.
Bottom line is that the story is still ongoing and while Dubai and British newspapers are almost obligated to blame Israel, there is a serious lack of proof yet.
