Given that the Dubai authorities are also holding two Palestinians
related to this case, I wonder if its not Mossad who was involved, but
Al-Fatah who controls the Palestinian areas of the West Bank. It would
make a lot of sense if you consider it, they have a bigger grudge
against  Mahmoud al-Mabhouh than Mossad.

Moreover, given the source, (Al Bayan which is owned by the Dubai
Government) that in and of itself makes the source less than reliable.
