My bad, it's not assault if you ask someone to do it to you.
So it was a legal form of abortion.

While you're writing the laws for Utah why not legalize marijuana?

A state known for it's Mormon population and a few ski resorts is
likely to have laws based on what the population wants, not what you
think. As long as they don't violate federal laws.

I know nothing about SD laws or why they matter here.

I don't look as Utah as a plank in the GOP, just a state that knows
freedom of religion is safe within that party.
