I have someone using my email address for a bank account at the same bank use. I have tried the forgotten password function but it also requires a security answer. What is interesting to me is that a BANK allowed an invalid email to be entered into their system without verification. This isn't a small bank either. Whoever it is is late as hell on their credit card and I keep getting alerts about it. As long as the bank doesn't somehow thin I am actually that person, no biggie. I *could* see a scenario where the bank connects me with that person's debt by matching on email. Hopefully they won't, but that's in the back of my head.
