Gorgeous! And I can't believe how nice the people are. In fact every Californian I've met so far has been amazingly pleasant. And thus far California seems (no offence) strangely un-American. That is to say it's not been at all like any of my other experiences in the US. Even the airport announcements seem more friendly and less... typical. Driving from Sacramento through the hills/mountains to Grass Valley was amazing. If I'm ever here again I think I'll rent a WRX or a Lancer Evo or something super fun to drive on windy roads. Vive le California.
