If we're lucky... Actually I think that this bill will make this country far more competitive. Fewer corporations will have the incentive to leave the country because of insurance. A great example is the recent shutdown of the last sardine cannery in the US (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=123950407). The company is moving operations to a plant in New Brunswick, apparently in part because of the lower health care costs.
