congratulations on the not smoking thing. I know you have tried
before. It's probably the most important that you maintain that. Do
you still get the odd craving. I sometimes did really hard for about
six months afterwards. You want to avoid feeling so deprived you will
lapse on the smoking AND the diet. But meanwhile, just have a chat
with yourself and try to lose at least one bad food habit. No extra
donut because you're goi ng on a diet next week. That way lies yo-yo
weight loss. And buy the pants. You are worth clothes that fit. Just
concentrate your mental imagery on lots of juicy delicious fruit and
giving away those nice barely worn pants to Goodwill ;)
