Ah.  Still coasting on the goodwill from 9/11, which his
supporters/administration used to achieve what they thought was best
for them, vs. best for the country, probably.

They maybe even thought what was best for them, *was* best for the rest, though.

I know I was already unhappy by then with what he'd wrought.

And Enron was just the beginning, neh?  Yay! for tax cuts tho, right?

LOL, I know.  I felt sad for the people who thought he was a "real"
conservative tho.  Much worse than what Obama has proven to be vs.
what "we" thought he was, IMO, which was really my point.  :)
